Guntur Farmlands is a family-run farm business based in Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh, India. We sell pure, NABL lab-tested chilli powder and related spice products directly to consumers across India.

All orders are currently placed via WhatsApp or email. An order is confirmed only when we provide an explicit written confirmation and payment is received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Payment methods accepted are communicated at the time of order confirmation. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship pan-India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party courier services.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch. We will provide tracking details where available.
5. Product Quality and Accuracy
We take great care to ensure our products are of the quality described — washed, sun-dried, NABL lab-tested, and free from preservatives and artificial additives. Every batch is tested before dispatch.
Colour, texture, and flavour may vary naturally between batches and growing seasons. This is a characteristic of 100% natural products and does not constitute a defect.

6. Returns and Refunds
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with photographs of the issue.
We will assess each case individually and, where a valid claim is established, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns on food products unless the product is damaged or there is a clear quality issue, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in India.

8. Limitation of Liability
